Not sure what you are doing in your language arts when you return to school after the new year?! I can help! This bundle has 5 days of activities that will keep your students engaged and also teach many of the standards you are currently working on. This bundle includes writing exercises, reading comprehension and vocabulary work. Students could also use their writing to create class presentations. These bundles could be used as individual work, group work, in centers or as morning work. It is up to you! Perfect for grades 3-6 depending on how much you want to challenge your students. Math in the World – The Bars of Hip Hop

The Bars of Hip Hop

The first worksheet in our new collection of resources, called Math in the World. The bars of hip hop explores rap music. Students will try their hands at creating their own bars. They will also work on multi-digit addition, arrays and multiplication. Great as a whole class lesson or as part of your math centers. Just print and go! Perfect for 3rd or 4th grade.

What Are The Odds?! All About Probability

 

This booklet is perfect for teaching probability. It contains a page with lines for students to write their definition of probability. It explains the vocabulary words certain, likely, unlikely and impossible. Also includes graphics to make the vocabulary easily understandable. There is also space for students to draw their own probability problem and decide if it is certain, likely, unlikely or impossible. Perfect for grades 2, 3, 4, and 5 – Math and/or Special Education. This resource is perfect for your special learners. Help your students take notes on the parts of an atom. If your student struggles with writing, their are writing lines provided to assist. The inside has space for notes about what an atom is and space to define nucleus, proton, neutron and electron. Your student can also end the booklet by creating a sentence to share what their thoughts about atoms are.  Perfect for sixth grade.
